# QVO.TECH

> A Beirut digital systems studio building websites, AI agents, custom apps and POS systems around the way a business works.

Good business. Better connected.

## Website design and development

The site people judge you by.
A phone-fast website that says what you do, and turns visits into enquiries you can answer.

Problem: Your website looks dated beside competitors and gives visitors no reason to get in touch.
Outcome: A site that loads fast on a phone, explains the business clearly and gives visitors a useful next step.
Commitment: You keep the source.

## AI automation and AI agents

An agent that answers, qualifies and routes.
It handles the first reply, then hands the decision to you.

Problem: Someone on your team retypes the same messages, quotes and records every single day.
Outcome: A bounded workflow that handles the repetitive pass and sends uncertain or costly decisions to a person.
Commitment: Human review is defined where mistakes carry a cost.

## Custom application development

Software shaped around how you already work.
One record, its workflow and its numbers — in one place.

Problem: A spreadsheet-led process needs an application shaped around the real operation.
Outcome: An application shaped to the business process instead of forcing the process into generic software.
Commitment: Source and deployment requirements are documented.

## Point-of-sale systems for restaurants and retail

Checkout, stock and sales in one system.
A point of sale that keeps inventory and reports current with every sale.

Problem: Sales, stock and cash are tracked in separate places and never agree.
Outcome: A connected checkout workflow with device requirements and failure behaviour agreed before implementation.
Commitment: Offline behaviour and device scope are defined before build.

## Working principles

- You keep the source. Ownership of domains, infrastructure, deployment and third-party accounts is defined in the project scope.
- Human-reviewed AI. Agent permissions, logging and review boundaries are defined before operation. Uncertain or costly decisions return to a person.
- Built around your operation. The workflow, its dependencies and its failure modes shape the first useful release.

## How a project starts

1. Share how the operation works and what needs to improve.
2. Map the scope, dependencies, ownership and boundaries together.
3. Agree the first useful release, its cost and delivery plan before the build.
4. Agree any ongoing support explicitly as part of the scope.

## Selected work

- [Brandit](https://qvotech.dev/work/brandit/): A brand-led website presenting customized projects, a portfolio and a direct enquiry path. Live website: https://www.brandit-intl.com/
- [City University](https://qvotech.dev/work/city-university/): Full website rebranding and redesign for City University, connecting its identity with programs, admissions and application routes. Live website: https://www.cityu.edu.lb/en
QVO’s role: Full website rebranding and redesign.
A connected visual identity: A purple and green palette, consistent typography and campus photography carry the university’s identity across the homepage and inner pages.
Programs people can explore: The academic directory groups programs by faculty, with links to degree pages. Admissions information has its own place in the main navigation.
A clear next step: Application links sit alongside admissions guidance and contact options. Existing students can reach their portal from the header, while visitors can switch between English and Arabic navigation.
- [White Real Estate Group](https://qvotech.dev/work/white-real-estate-group/): A real estate website presenting properties, projects and brokerage services with clear contact routes. Live website: https://www.whiterealestategroup.com/

## FAQ

- **Who owns the source code?** You keep the source. Domain, infrastructure, deployment and third-party account requirements are defined in the project scope.
- **How much does a project cost?** Cost follows the agreed scope: the workflows, pages, integrations, devices and first useful release. Share your requirements and budget range so QVO can map an appropriate scope.
- **How long does a project take?** The delivery plan is agreed after the scope and dependencies are understood. There is no single timeline for every website, agent, app or POS project.
- **Do you work outside Lebanon?** Yes. QVO is based in Beirut, Lebanon, and works with clients worldwide.
- **Can QVO work with an existing system?** Existing systems and integrations are assessed during scoping. Access, documentation and technical constraints determine what can be connected.
- **What happens after launch?** Any ongoing support, maintenance and operational responsibilities are agreed explicitly. They are not assumed to be included.
- **How does QVO use AI?** AI is used where it fits the workflow. Permissions and review boundaries are defined, and uncertain or high-cost decisions return to a person.
- **When was QVO founded?** QVO.TECH was founded in 2026. Its team brings more than five years of experience across web design, web development, AI automation and AI systems. The experience includes professional work before QVO was founded.
